Government is in stasis. It is incapable of dealing with a world without physical products to move, without forms to stamp, and without power to abuse. The purpose of 1800s enlightenment government was to tax and regulate produced goods and services, even intellectual property was physical. We now live in an era where goods and services are not physical, they are digital. We must move forward. (more…)

There are two causes of human violence and oppression, resource scarcity and cultural differences. The former is solved through technological progress, the latter is solved through the integration of cultural outgroups into our society. A Society in Turmoil

Our society is in a perpetual, chaotic flux. We fear the immigrant, glorify the prosperous, and live in the never ending violent drama; to crush one foe so that three more spring forth. As the population of humanity increases the demand for ever greater resource creation pushes us to either technological advancement or rampant violence. The fantasy of cultural conversion is over, an emerging China and India will not accept western power while their people starve. If we cannot invent our way out of cheaper energy creation, exponentially expanding food needs, and water purification simultaneously, we are doomed toward a future of suffering. (more…)

Can We Stop With The B.S. Please?

Fascism has become a catch phrase; a buzz word. When making a case that the government is abusing its power we easily explain it away as Fascism. When we see ultra-nationalist groups prowl the streets of Russia shouting “Russia for Russians!” we call them Fascists.

Fascism has become synonymous with abusive authority, with absolute totalitarian dictatorship, with ruthless oppression, and with genocide. The truth is that today we live amongst modern day Fascists all over the globe from America, to Greece, to Russia, and onwards (to be explored in my next post). (more…)

Birth of a Fascist

We read of genocide in WW2 Europe, systematic torture and killings of political opponents, Kurds, and more in 1979-2003 Iraq, and less severely, xenophobia in modern day Greece and Russia. One word is used to describe the political atmosphere of these atrocities, Fascism. But this is an old story.
